One possible workaround is to strip the Title data from the image before uploading. So, in the above example, when a visitor looks at the image of the Texas State Capitol Building I have uploaded, the text above the image reads the more non-sensical "TexCapImage003.jpg" instead of what I would prefer it to say, "Texas State Capitol Building."

I have discovered through trial and error with experimental uploads over the last few days that, if I upload an image I have assigned a Headline and Title to through Adobe Bridge, Title trumps Headline in terms of what displays above an image on that images individual page. The two sound familiar, but researching their proper uses, I discovered that the preferred way to use these fields is to use "Headline" as a descriptor for the image in terms of what one would want to see above the image, such as "Texas State Capitol Building," while "Title" is best used as a file identifier, such as "TexCapImage 003.jpg," in the event a specific image needs to be later identified if many images are given the same headline. Two data fields are "Headline" and "Title". I am using Adobe Bridge CS3 and OS X 10.5.2.
